Asked the girl at the window if ice cream came with kids meal and she said yes. Guy brings out my food and tells me it doesn’t come with it. Would have ordered it separately if the employees knew what they were doing.

Fries Luke warm. Tables not kept clean. Burgers (doubles) were sliding apart. We stop there 3-4 times a year while traveling. Always very nice. This time we were disappointed. Perhaps new ownership?? Or new management??

We ate lunch here, knowing that Culver’s is always so good. I ordered the fish sandwich value basket with fries and a drink. My husband ordered the Strawberry Field salad with grilled chicken and chose the raspberry vinaigrette and onion rings. He was very impressed with how good the salad was and said he would order it again. The onion rings are lightly battered and delicious. My fish sandwich was also very good: tender and flaky. The service at the counter and delivery to the table was friendly and efficient. The manager was circulating around the dining room asking how everything was. He even picked up our empty tray!

Cashier lady's were nice. Food was good. Place was clean. The cereal ice cream flight was not a good deal. They give you a mini concrete mixer, just one, for $8.18. That WAS NOT how it is supposed to be. Manager argued with me about. Apparently she don't understand her own products or what a flight is supposed to be. Didn't even offer or ask if she could fix the situation. I was just dumbfounded that one scoop of ice cream and cereal toppings cost that much

I don't consider this fast food because the food is made to order and always hot and fresh . I tried the fish dinner although I wasn't impressed with the fish it was hot and fresh . Cheese sauce with crinkle fries always a win!
