Authentic Mexican food very good I got the steak Quesadilla and my husband got the steak burrito a lot of food for a reasonable price plus great customer service! I liked the green sauce best.

Hey I went to the Fernando’s in Jordan creek and my service was awful to where I did not get my food, I asked for corn shelled tacos with shrimp and this man told me no and started laughing with coworkers he told me if I wanted shrimp I had to pay for a burrito which is ridiculous because me and my boyfriend who knows Fernando personally came and got corn tortillas with shrimp that Fernando himself made personally I don’t like being treated as I’m stupid or being laughed at by employees I came by November 19th 4-6pm with a male worker and 2 female workers my boyfriend will be finding a way to get in contact with you Mr Fernando because he knows your way of work thank you.

I get this everytime I'm at Jordan Creek. So fresh and so good.. every time! Dough is pressed and cooked right when you order, the meat is delicious, their salsa is flavorful, and their horchata is 🤤
I love this place. Go try it!

I understand why all other places are completely packed in the mall and Fernando’s usually have a shorter wait .. staff not very friendly and they just throw your burrito together all sloppy making it not enjoyable because you can’t even pick the thing up .. I had to use a fork to eat it

I've ordered from Fernando's many times and the food and service has always been very good. Not today. I ordered online through their website for delivery and was told my food would arrive in 12 minutes. I waited 40 minutes before calling the restaurant and was treated poorly on the phone. When the food was finally delivered it was completely cold and unappetizing. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

Food is good but the service from the owners not professional. My friend and I came to grab some extra food during our lunch break. We both work at the mall. My friend bought a flour tortilla got the discount and I did not. I got a corn steak taco to add to my salad I brought from home and I stated I could not eat flour because I have an allergy to gluten. The lady then proceeds to put my friend’s flour tortilla over my box. We both were wearing our store uniform. I didn't even get a chance to say anything about my discount because he walked away from the register as I was about to pay.

I don't see myself coming back if the owners are working. Their workers are a lot friendlier and don't give us the cold shoulder for ordering sides. Just not okay because we are still paying customers at the end of the day

Tried this place out for the first time on a trip down to Des Moines. Tortillas are fresh and made right in front of you. We ordered steak burrito, tacos, and chips w/queso. Everything was VERY good. Highly recommend.

Excellent burritos here!I loved their chicken, queso, and fresh ingredients. They toast your burrito once it is rolled. I thought that was a definite game changer!
