Great food, but too bad that your staff locks the door 20 minutes early (while leaving the open sign on) - on a Friday, no less. Staff knew a customer was at the door too. Ran restaurants for decades myself: Closing time is when the door gets locked and sales stop, not when the staff leaves.

This location is always clean. Team is always courteous and they have fun in their work. They take care to make the sandwiches with neatness, not sloppy or messy, and they are still able to be fast.

Got takeout with a friend at work. Ordered one of their popular specialty subs. Had good potential but was soggy with no mix of textures (e.g. crunch lettuce or onions). Wouldn't order here again.
