Idk if I should even be giving a three for the food. The meat for my burrito bowl is ice cold. Person that was “serving” me did not want to be there at all. They didn’t greet me or anything just starred at me until I said something. Only one person knew what was going on. She was actually helpful. Always love my local chipotle. I can count on them for having harm reducing ingredients, fresh and consistent service. One thing I would add is some more salt overall. But I’m not too picky. Another change I wish corporate would do is mini burritos. I can never finish a whole huge burrito. They are just way too big. Food is good and all but their service is terrible. I went here the other day and there was a line with 10+ people. There were 6 workers, one preparing the bowls and burritos, one at the register, one doing mobile orders, and one cooking. There was a whole worker just wandering around when he could’ve help make the bowls. That same worker mistyped my friends meal and charged him 15 extra dollars and when he was confronted he skidadled away. Chipotle do better please.
