“Went with my niece before an appointment. Showed up a little before 9 and Zuella was the cashier. She was very personable and polite. She had a warm feeling about her. We dined in and my niece and I both got the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Both sandwiches were fresh and Zuella came out and checked on us. She was very hospitable. Restaurant was clean. What I did appreciate was there was a table of staff all sitting together eating behind us. Whether it was them on break or about to start/ended shift, it was nice to see they were given that time and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Great experience.“

“I’m only doing this review because I honestly don’t know what else to do. I met this guy named Jorden That works at the Jorden Creek location, and I cannot express how amazing this single person is. For context He greeted every single person that walked in the door. Checked on every single customer That was sitting down, including myself. Picked up a little bit of trash, wiped down some tables and did everything in his power to make sure that every single customer had a five star experience as they come in. Jorden’s dedication and passion for his job almost brings me to tears because of how much he enjoys it. I watched this man single-handedly put a smile on over 15 different people’s face in a span of 10 minutes. I have every reason to believe that Jorden is the spitting image of what a perfect employee is. I hope the management Understands that by textbook definition, Jorden has to be one of the best employees in the entirety of the company.“

“Yesterday, my 8 year old granddaughter and my daughter in law came to your restaurant for lunch.
My granddaughter is on a strict diet due to health reasons. The employees were so caring and were going out of their way to make her lunch pleasurable! Her mother and I appreciate that so much!!!
There are not many restaurants she can go to and feel that there are food options for her! She was smiling the whole time we were there.
The employees were very kind to her and I saw care and concern towards my granddaughter.

“Weirdly, the best BK in the area. I've only been here between 11am & 2pm. So there's that. Only BK that gets the classic chicken & big fish right. I know that's weird to care about. But almost every other BK is bad at handing over hot food. Again, weird to talk about at work, but more than one coworker says the same thing.“

“Went to this location on Friday, 03/06/26. The service and Food here was outstanding! I ordered fish tacos and oles. Both were fantastic. I have been to other taco johns locations, but the courteous, friendly people at this location has everyone else beat. I will definitely return to this location in the future. Thanks!“

“Was in tonight, and while I had already thrown out my receipt, I just really wanted to let this company know that you have two wonderful young women working for you. I was witness to a scene tonight. I woman who appeared to be quite drunk, came in from what I assume was the drive through. Called the older young women words I don't care to repeat. All over what appeared to be them asking her to pull forward. What I'm really trying to say is those young women remained composed, even in the face of belligerence. Just my two cents. I wanted to talk to them personally but they seemed far too busy. Anyway just an old ladies opinion.“

“I was really impressed with the five guys staff at the West Des Moines location on Mill Civic as I came in at 10:49 PM with an 11 PM closing time. They welcomed me in with smiles and greeted me as if it was the middle of the day. They didn’t seem at all annoyed that it was so late and I was able to have a great conversation with the general manager. It was clear that Customer Service is a priority at the store and I was especially Impressed given the late time Everything was hot, fresh and delicious and it was a great experience overall. I definitely wanted to take the time to give a review considering I went in 11 minutes before the store was closing and they could’ve very well turned me away or been frustrated but instead, they gave great customer service. It was a pleasure and the GM appears to be excited about building the brand and making it a great experience for everyone. Bravo!“

“I recently ordered 2 large (catering size) orders of nuggets for our son’s graduation party from this store. They are one of his favorites! The nuggets were delivered on time to our home by an employee of the store at no charge. They were fresh and hot upon arrival! It didn’t take long for them to disappear 😋 I was able to do everything through the app—very easy! I ordered from this restaurant in particular because their minimum order amount was lower. The manager confirmed my order via email and even followed up with me after. I could not have been more happy with the whole experience! I highly recommend this store for your CFA catering needs.“

“I have gone to this location many many times. The last two times I was a little let down by the flavor and preparation. For example the quesadilla, all the toppings were in the middle, the edge was 2 inches of plain tortilla all the way around the outside. Also the item I ordered wasn't made with the right ingredients. I will go back, but I need a slight break. The staff are friendly and helpful, maybe more so than other places. That helps.“

“Wanted to wait until I visited this new location at least four times before giving an honest review. Well, after four visits are not completed, I will say that the staff and owner of this place are doing things the right way! I used to be a subway and Jimmy Johns customer, but after visiting this location multiple times, I am now a Jersey Mike's customer. The owner is really outgoing and easy to talk to, making things more relaxing once the order is being processed. The staff that prepares the food are friendly also, and they aim to please as much as possible (within reason). The sandwiches are built with care, not sloppily put together like other establishments I have visited. The facility is clean, and safety making the sandwiches is always practiced. They are also very efficient getting the order processed in a timely manner. For the near future, this will be my "To-go" place for fast food. Thank you!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Out of all the Subways in West Des Moines, Urbandale, and Clive this one is easily one of the best. Don't come here often since its out of the way but when I do come here it makes it's case easily. Also yes its 12-18 dollars for a footlong. You're a grown man you better pay ✌🫩“

The staff have the professional looks, clean environment and are customer forward to prepare your sandwich with attention to detail. The toasted Chicken Ranch Sandwich is totally delicious. “Kevin was fantastic tonight but he was the only staff who was working. I am not sure what happened but a staff member should never be alone especially during a rush. Kevin was quick paced and kind as he got everyones orders made. Jimmy Johns this is unacceptable. Other locations should jump in to help and send team members as customers were waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. The low stars are not due to Kevin as he was great. They are due to leaving a staff member alone without proper help.“
