“All im gonna say is there was a super nice black lady with bright green hair. Yall need to give her a raise. She was super patient with us. Can't give her enough props. Unfortunately didnt catch her name so I cant say specifically who it was. Other than the star of the show the food was good, no complaints.“

“I stop at this location frequently because my route takes me by this place. I have never had a bad experience and the staff is always very friendly and do a great job. I stopped in the other night and they were cleaning up for the night and the staff wasn't rude to me at all being they were closing soon. They made my sandwich the way I wanted and everything still tasted very fresh. I can't speak for all the bad reviews but I can tell you this Subway is on top of their game and the staff have always been very friendly to me. Stop in and I promise you won't be disappointed.“

“I was missing items in my bag. I went inside and there was a manager named george. He was extremely helpful courteous and professional. He had a smile on the whole time. And was eager to help me. I cannot say enough nice things about him.“

“Was after the state fair closed and was wanting something good. Got the classic chicken and new ranch tots. They were absolutely cooked to perfection yeah we had to pull up and wait a few minutes extra for the tots but well worth the wait. The sandwiches were fresh and juicy and hot also cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this BK and so does my wife!“

“I live in Waterloo now and ALWAYS eat at B-Bops when I’m in the Des Moines area. Love the 1/4 bacon cheeseburger! The fries are to die for! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Always the perfect amount of salt. Wish they would expand to our area. Keep it an Iowa only restaurant but bring it up north please!!“

“I went through the drive in and was greeted by a friendly young girl who took my order. She came back with my order within a few minutes. The order was correct and I was on my way. I had the Chicago dog w/no tomatoes. The food was wonderful, and I considered it to be a real bargain. Oh yeah, I'm coming back.“

“Went through the drive thru yesterday for lunch for my toddler. The line was crazy for drivers side so we went through passenger side and I let him pass the money out his own window and get his food. He loved it and the guy working the window was amazing with him! He had the biggest smile!“
