“I love their taco bravo its a hard shell taco with a soft shell on the outside i have them add sour cream its the only thing i can eat that anit to spicy for me so time their beef is to spicy and hot thats when i tell them no sauce ,other then that its a good place to get a quick meal.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menuParking: Plenty of parking space on the side of the building and in the backWheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and low sidewalks. They have a drive-thru for easy access.“
“Stopped here on our way back from buying a truck. Food was fresh and the staff were very friendly. It was well kept and clean, one of the better Hardee's I've been too. They stressed how they wanted the customers to be happy and also we're very observant, seen a lady outside that was not able to get up on her own and rushed out side to help her. Would highly recommend.“
“I have been here 3 times in the last month and the food has been amazing every time. It's kind of hard to mess up a sandwich you basically make yourself lol... the girls behind the counter always greet with a smile and a warm welcome. They don't make you feel rushed to order, and the prices are the same if not better than a nasty McDonald's or bk meal.... but without all the grease. This subway kicks @$$“
“We stopped here to grab some lunch while traveling west on I-80. It's not right at the exit, so you have to drive a few minutes into Newton to get to it. It's a standard Arby's and has the food you expect at the price you expect. We had one incorrect item in our order and they fixed it quickly with a smile. Restaurant was clean. Employees were friendly.“
“Your store in Newton Iowa needs help. They are understaffed and need to hire competed help to run the place. You can't run the place with only two or three people working No one in Newton wants to work and the ones that get hired are on some sort of drug abuse and are fired immediately. Senior Management needs to step in and hire competent prescreened applicants for employment The local manager cannot do it on his own. Help Him please.“
“Stopped here on our way by this afternoon about noon. Went through the drive thru and the person taking our order was great, the person taking payment was super friendly, the food was hot (literally fresh everything), the drinks were ready by the time we got to the pick up window, food was ready moments later and the order was 100% correct (5 meals). It was the best McDonalds experience I think we’ve ever had anywhere. (And my chicken sandwich was not over cooked and dry like most times at a fast food place it was delicious!) Thanks!“

“I have only ate at this Subway once before, but due to my housing location and looking for a quick , yummy Subway lunch I called around my closest area and my phone calls were not answered at all for 10 minutes for a call in order. Therefore I called the West Side Subway and asked how soon two normal sandwiches could start being made and the sweet, kind voice answered me, "Right Now". I gave my order and went to pick up my sandwiches and I walked into a beautiful, cleaned (very clean) Subway with three very friendly employees.Time is so important to me, and valuable. So when someone picks up a call after one ring, that's value to me. Importance of a clean restaurant is a huge importance to me. These staff members take pride in their presence, the sandwiches were pleasantly served, and the final presentation, transaction and big thank you at the end of transaction has done it forever for me. “It was a busy Wednesday night & staff handled it well. The cocoa shake was delicious. I was so busy talking to friends I didn't realize how much time had passed since my order. Staff did! When they brought my shake they also brought a coupon for a free regular basket because of the delay. What a great surprise.“
