“Stopped in for lunch today. I hadn’t been at this location for several years. The restaurant was very clean and also the bathroom was very clean. The person taking orders was friendly and nice. Food was ready in just a few minutes and was hot and fresh. Overall a very good visit and better than I expected for Arbys. Would definitely stop at this location again.“
“Great customer service! Bre was helpful navigating the new menu. Was welcoming and engaged in conversation. We had the MexiCali. She let us know some people think the pepper jack is spicy but she didn’t. It was great. She let us do no onion on half the 12”sandwich and even separated the halves for us. She also let us know we could get a 3rd cookie for just a penny more. That was an easy decision. Good customer service is hard to find. Bre is excellent!“
“Never really had a problem here, everything is always fresh and good. Only thing I notice about this particular place is they are a little unorganized behind the counter. Not only did they mess my order up twice but when they “fixed” it they still fixed it wrong lol. I wasn’t complaining though cause they gave me a bunch of stuff I never ordered. So ya coulda just been a bad day but that’s my experience here. Still my fave chicken place even if they mess my order up every time!!“
“The Pella DQ has the best burgers and fries around. The staff is friendly and light-hearted inside ordering and drive up window. The guy that juggles while you're ordering is very entertaining for the kids! The girl that brought our meal to us is very friendly and professional. This staff actually act like the love working there. I have eaten here several times in the past 3-3 months...every time has been above and beyond what I expected!“
“I’m from Pella, IA originally and have grown up with Taco John’s. Wish we had more in Missouri. Better than Taco Bell. Today I had the street tacos and they were amazing. It’s also in a building that follows Pella’s Dutch style. Very good!“
“This was the cleanest and fastest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. We weren't finished filling out drinks before our sandwiches were ready. On top of that, someone was constantly out stocking items or cleaning tables. Nothing but praise for this location, and I can't say that about all of them lately.“
“Yes, there is usually only one person working. Yes, sometimes you have to wait to place an order. Yes, sometimes she might be a little short with you because shes busy being the only person working. The food is always good. Shes a sweet person and does her best.“

“Burgers are top-notch! Chicken is really good too (and their ranch dressing is fantastic for chicken strips) - HOWEVER - there is one nagging issue that affects this Culver's and every other one I have been to - the French fries. When they are cooked properly they can't be beat! Sadly that almost never happens. Most of the time the fries are either soggy or sometimes borderline raw. I guess we all need something to work on right?“
