Only giving 3 stars, but NOT because of the employees! They had one girl working alone for drive-thru, and running. Took her around 5ish minutes to take my order, due to lack of staffing. Seen several folks drive off, due to impatience. One drive-thru screen wasn’t working. No sign nor obstacle to indicate only one working lane. Overall took 10-12ish minutes to order, and get my food. Was after the state fair closed and was wanting something good. Got the classic chicken and new ranch tots. They were absolutely cooked to perfection yeah we had to pull up and wait a few minutes extra for the tots but well worth the wait. The sandwiches were fresh and juicy and hot also cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this BK and so does my wife!
Ordered through app for in store pick up. Everything was pretty good at this location. Staff were busy, friendly, and very welcoming.
