“Cozy little place in West Des Moines. Was down from the Twin Cities for some other business and needed a quick lunch. The junction chicken was delicious and the sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever had. It's a small place and seating is somewhat close together. Service was a bit slow but very friendly and welcoming. I would stop again if I'm in the area.“
“Came here on Saint Patrick's Day for the green beer. We also tried the Green Caramel Apple cider. It was very sweet and delicious. It was fairly busy but no wait. The food options were amazing. Not limited to typical bar food. We had a Reuben, Kimchi flat bread, and brussel sprouts. It was so much food, but so good we couldn't stop eating.“
“I can't like this place enough. it has a hip atmosphere, the food is good and the drinks are more than reasonably priced. On top of that the staff is always super friendly. This place has become my Friday night ritual. Definitely recommend.“
“The owner was so accommodating!! It was my husband’s son’s bday. We were able to have all 7 of us a nice large table, the service was great and the food was good. The only reason for 4 star on atmosphere is because when the iowa women’s basketball ball game on the sound was turned up. We were sitting under a tv. Way too loud. I plan to go back sometime soon!!“

“Awesome food, awesome staff, and great location. The first time I came here I thought why is this restaurant out in the middle of nowhere? Now it’s becoming more developed around the area and it fits that gap for an area that is somewhat out the way. It’s the perfect place to stop on my way home after work. I like to stop for a beer or two while I wait for my take home Pizzas. Trust me if you like Fong’s pizza, you will really like this menu!“

“Everyone in my party had a wonderful experience with the staff, food, and even the other patrons nearby. I was the only one whose food wasn't great but it wasn't the staff's fault as much as outdated ways of cooking corn beef hash, very much canned hash which is unfortunate as I was excited since no one really offers it anymore.“

“Had dinner with a coworker here and I can't say enough good things about it. The atmosphere was great, the service was fast and attentive, and the food....we had the Mama's meatballs and Margherita pizza, and OMG they were both fantastic. We were there for happy hour and our food was half price with a decent selection of other half price items. I may have to get an order of those meatballs to go before next week when I head back to MD.Highly recommend this restaurant!!!!Lol, yes I took a bit of the meatballs before I took the picture. And my friend really enjoyed the house wine, said it was very good. She had the house red.“

“I was looking for a unique place with a plant based option in the Des Moines area. They had a really delicious vegan sausage pizza and hummus. The dough they make has a really nice chew to it, and it is cooked to perfection. Along with the really tasty food, they also have 100 beers to choose from. There are lots of local beer choices from all around Iowa. They also have crowlers that they will fill and cap for you at that moment. If you're in the area, give them a try.“
“I go for the fries and get the salad with salmon. Life is good! I must mention Erica, great service at the bar. Fries are hot and crispy, dusted with Parmesan. Salad full of flavor with apple, mango, almonds, blue cheese perfectly cooked salmon. Great overhead music too! Talking heads psycho killer. So fun!“
“Adequate free parking. Convenient to running errands anywhere in West Des Moines. Excellent service. Reasonable price. Food was prettier and better than some other Texas Roadhouses - and the steak was as good as any $$$ restaurant. I'll be back. And they support their Veterans!!“
“The whole experience from top to bottom is an absolute “SMASH”. The bar staff, and specifically Alyssa, are top shelf. She was fun, had a good knowledge of all the beers on tap, and was never too far when you needed a refill. I’d give em 10 stars if I could!“
