Best coffee in west des moines. There are times when I will drive out of my way to get a cup from there. Also, their seasonal flavors are amazing!

Hands down the best iced matcha I have ever tasted I get matcha every single day and this is definitely top 1 for me. If only it wasn’t an hour and a half drive to get there 🥲

Not happy that organic beans are no longer available and and purchasing whole beans is nothing like it used to be.

Stopped on a Sunday morning. Charming outside area with plantyvof seating. Inside also has plenty of seating. I was thrilled to be offered a triple shot cortado versus double. The service was pleasant and quick. The coffee flavor was excellent as that is what I seek.

Went here for the first time and LOVED it. The coffee was spectacular. It had great flavor and was good quality. They also have real mugs which is a must for me. It really elevates the coffee drinking experience. We tried the almond poppy seed loaf which was very tasty. The patio is so cute. Quite a few tables plus cute lights and plants to add to the ambiance. The staff was also very pleasant and patient. They have an extensive list of additional flavor options too. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Friedrichs has a great selection of drinks. Friendly service. The atmosphere is cozy! I appreciate the deck when the weather is nice.

I ordered a decaf mocha, and it was good.I also got a blueberry muffin that was disappointing and stale. The staff was friendly. I'd definitely try it again. 7/10 would recommend

I love this Friderichs! I visit regularly and my coffee is always good. I buy beans here too, which smell amazing and make a good cup at home.
All the baristas are super nice and friendly as well.
This location has a nice patio which is great for hanging out when the weather is warm.
The monthly specials are always interesting too, one of their springtime specials became my favorite. :) Definitely worth a visit!

Friedrich's on 22nd St never misses! Every single time I order there I am blown away by the exceptional flavor; placing an order here is guaranteed to make my whole day. I absolutely adore this place and their delicious coffee, it is so comfortable and the space is heartwarming to stay and study or even just stop by for a drink. All around cheers for this spot!!
