Awesome place especially for families. Our toddler loves the food and watching the pizza be made. We love the variety in the menu and super helpful employees.Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly and thoughtful.
While I'm sure Giordano's has great food and service, the single slice of pepperoni on my personal deep dish pizza lacks the substance I expect of any kind of pizza. May as well label it Cheese pizza with a pepperoni garnish.

Terrible. Every thing is cold & soggy by the time it's delivered. I'm tired of the bland food & no seasoning & soggy excessive amounts of bread. Catering is terrible. In person, while still bland, was better.Seasoning food is not illegal, please try it.

Ordered an alfredo with broccoli and chicken and a spaghetti with marinara and meatballs. The addition of meatballs is $6.95. The alfredo dish was average, however, the spaghetti dish had no sauce. When I called to inquire about why the dish had no sauce, the girl on the phone stated that's how the dish comes, unless you tell them you want extra sauce. The dish should come with some sauce, not none. Paid $17 for spaghetti noodles and 2 meatballs. Will not be returning. 2/5.
Everything I remembered it to be from Chicago. Good food, good service and cool atmosphere. Kids can go stand at the window and watch them make the pizza. Very cool.

Pizza was good, not amazing like I expected A glass of wine was $9. It was loud and busy enough to make a normal conversation difficult. We ordered bruschetta but it never arrived. Not that it was bad, I just think my expectations were different than what it turned out to be. $50 + tip for 2 glasses of wine and a medium pizza.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants. The food is reasonably priced, delicious, and with ample portions. We had the deep dish pizza today and it was amazing. Our server, Summer, was very attentive and friendly.

If you’re looking for mediocre food and service, then this isn’t the place for you. If you’re wanting something that will blow your socks off with every bite well then here you go. The Chicago classic deep dish pizza was nothing short of spectacular and I’ve been tweaking for more ever since my last bite. The atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting. You don’t feel like it’s a chore to be able communicate with everyone else in your party. As far as service goes they hit the nail right on the head. We had Molly as our server and let me tell you, there is nothing better than a waitress who’s got it figured out. Polite, respectful, noninvasive, and attentive. I will for sure be back to dine at giodanos again.

This is not the Giordano’s you find in Chicago. This was below average under cooked and priced as if we were in Chicago. Could never recommend
