Cool place with chill atmosphere and friendly staff. The deep dish pizzas were delicious and, even as a glutton for pizzas, quickly filling. Not to mention that the tiramisu was pretty good. Went here with some friends and we all had a great time.
We stopped at 8:00 on a Tuesday night. Ordered a deep dish knowing it takes time. After sitting for 45 minutes with zero interaction, the manager comes over and says the waiter forgot to put in your order. We were there only customers in at this b b point. He laughed and said sorry about that. No offer to come back or have something in the house. Just “sorry about that”. We were so shocked we just walked out. The place was a joke.
