Went to the West Desmoines location. a couple of weeks ago. Food was OK not great. My main complaint was they were playing Rap music loud. . Every one likes different kinds of music but please turn the music off. Wawe don't need music to enjoy our food. Ny kind if music.

Excellent ribs, tender and tasty. I ordered a half slab and it was huge, I couldn't finish it.

I congratulate this place, because the most difficult thing in the world is to cook baby ribs badly and they did it, extremely dry and tasteless, now thinking about it, I think they sold me the ones that were left from the day before, I do not recommend it

Fantastic customer service. We were promptly seated too. Our hostess took our order within minutes of us sitting down. It is noisy but it is expected as this is a sports bar style restaurant.

Service and atmosphere was great. Great bar with an excellent selection of local craft brews on tap. Barbecue was OK. I’m from South Louisiana, and just really had to try the jambalaya out of a sense of curiosity. Nobody would eat this. If they want an authentic recipe, hit me up.

Not so good. Mac and cheese side wasn't bad. Iced tea was just ok. I had better brisket for some reason at the altoona and ankeny jethros

I was quite underwhelmed compared to the other locations. The ribs I got are super dry, and the green beans are unseasoned. The cream corn is ok, if a little watery this time. Decent sized portion, but ended up skipping those beans. The staff was friendly tho.

Cool little place, was open later so we went after seeing all the billboards for it and obviously we love BBQ. Wasn't what we expected and food was OK. I had the Cajun pasta we also ordered boneless wings and a ragin Cajun sandwich nothing was just fantastic but definitely big portions and wasn't terrible. Might have to give this one another try earlier in the day.

Excellent first time experience at the location off University in West Des Moines. Our server, Olivia was extremely knowledgeable for the menu & giving us great suggestions being first time visitors to this restaurant. The turkey is a must!
