Jethro’s BBQ ‘n Jambalaya

I can’t say enough about the outstanding service Raul provided during my visit. His customer service techniques are truly among the best I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we sat down, Raul made us feel welcome, attentive to every detail without ever being overbearing. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and handled everything with genuine professionalism and care.

The food itself was good, but Raul’s service is what truly set this experience apart and made it exceptional. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but elevates the entire dining experience. Raul is a clear example of what excellent customer service should look like. Highly recommend asking for him if you want top-tier service!

Great food and service. I come here from northern Minnesota for Bands of America every year. Found this place this year and plan to come back every year from now on.
The burnt ends and corn bread were my favorite things but I tried a bit of many things and nothing here disappointed. My whole crew was super impressed. We ate until we felt like bursting.

Best happy hour in metro. Sunday is 4 to close. Get chips with queso/chili! 2 dollar more but worth it!

The food? amazingly good, I got thick cut turkey with waffle fries, mac and cheese and texas toast. Delicious, on every level.

The bartender? Bailed me out of jail. (Not really. But I don't doubt that he would have.)

I paid $2 more for the wings just so I could ask for all flats and they ended up giving me 9 drumsticks and 2 flats. Why even have that option when you won’t even listen?

We've been to many Jethro's locations, and have enjoyed every one of them. Most recently we were at Jambalaya and had amazing service from Raul! He was friendly, helpful, polite, and did a great job all around! Thanks Raul!

Amazing barbecue, amazing wings...always delicious, WOW!!! Still AMAZING, the burnt ends were awesome!
