I contacted the Jimmy John’s on Jordan Creek bright and early the day of my event after a different store cancelled on me and the manager Sean was so kind and helpful. They were able to take my catering order the day of so we weren’t left hungry! I’m so greatly appreciative for their willingness to rectify a problem they didn’t cause!

They righted a wrong that wasn't their fault. I will say I order about once a week. The last sandwich no tomatoes on my bootlegger but I didn't leave a review because things happen. This time I ordered through their website. They didn't have a driver so contracted through Uber eats. Uber is ridiculous. They had someone on a bike which idc but this stuff makes no sense they were biking all over my area even went back to the store. Waited ten minutes but still didn't...

I’ve never ever had an issue here, and I’ve gone many many times. Staff members are kind, food is great, and it’s very quick! I wish people didn’t dog on this location so much.
