We normally love this Jimmy Johns location. Unfortunately today we didn’t have the same usual great experience.
I ordered our food for pickup while we were at the mall and when I went to pick up the doors were locked even though the website said they open at 10:00. We called and they said it was ready so I went in and they were finishing up boxing our things up.
My husband got a blt but no lettuce came with it so that was weird and annoying.

I Ordered and had to call 2 more times asking for my lunch. I was lied to the 1st time I called after I ordered when they said the driver had a flat tired, but he was on the way (work 3 minutes away), and the second time, they told me it has not even got out yet we are backed up. This was almost 1 hour after I ordered. I cancelled my order, but I never saw a credit on my pricey lunch.
I love their sandwiches. thankful that they deliver
