Employee closed early was inside cleaning refused to let us in 15 minutes before 9 tonight and ran and hid in the back. We had loaded up our children and drove there for absolutely no reason. I said it’s not mine yet and he tossed up what looks like his middle finger and ran and hid and said I don’t care. I guess you hire people who close your restaurant and take money and refuse service to paying customers.

Ok at best, if you have to get Jimmy John’s. What I assume is the shift manager was a jerk. They used all the tables for a to-go order. We were told we couldn’t sit at a table because it was fire code violation (despite the to-go orders blocking 1/3 of the store front). Maybe approach it better next time.

I went in to grab a sandwich and the store looked closed upon arriving. I walked in and there were two men just talking. When I ordered my combo with the cashier the line person started making my sandwich but DID NOT put gloves on EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE RIGHT BEHIND HIM (Pretty sure it was the same man that I saw wearing sandals in another review)!! I’m not the type to say anything but I definitely, DID NOT eat the sandwich. I hope they raise their standards.

Logo sign of Jimmy Johns was not on! They looked closed until I got close enough to open the door which I checked if it was locked. The guy kept responding that the ceiling lights are on so I'm open. What a shame. Franchise contract should be updated due to not representing the brand properly AND help the franchise owner make profits expectations realized.

Just picked up a catering order that was supposed to be ready at 10:30am for pick up. We needed to add a few more sandwiches for last min rsvp’s, they didn’t answer the phone and would not let us in the door to let them know we would need more. They then wouldn’t let us in until 10:31 and didn’t have the order done at 10:30 after we ordered it on Monday. The manager yelled and cussed at us the entire time too because we wanted to talk to them about the extra sandwiches. Will never do business here again.

I ordered for delivery today. It has been an hour and fifteen minutes and the order still has not arrived. Upon calling the store, the person who answered the phone could not be bothered to help. There was no apology or attempt to find out what was going on.Edit: I eventually received my order after waiting for two hours. The second person who I spoke with apologized and made things right. While it doesn't excuse having to wait two hours for my order, I am glad that someone took ownership of the situation.

I saw that the online ordering page said that there would be a delay in delivery but I ordered for delivery anyway. I ordered 1 sandwich and a drink at 11:35 am. I called the store at 1:05 pm and the gentleman that answered said that the woman had 18 orders but should be to my location in less that 10 minutes. He said to call him back if she wasn't here by that time and he would delete the bill, so the food would be free. 15 minutes later I called the store and let him know the food still wasn't here. He said he would delete the bill. It's now 2:37 pm, still no food and I'm not expecting it to show up. I understand slow service, but this is ridiculous.

We didn't eat the food @ the place; We had the food delivered to Our apartment. The guy was friendly & smiling @ me as he handed the food to me. He asked if I would like to have the change back; I said no, U can keep the change as a tip for the fast delivery with a smile. He said "Thank U so much for the tip -- then he turned around & left. Very nice person who delivered Our food for Us. Refreshing to be able to see the smiles & friendly service!!! Wish I could have asked his name so he gets the credit for the service with a smile. Thank U.
