I ordered for delivery today. It has been an hour and fifteen minutes and the order still has not arrived. Upon calling the store, the person who answered the phone could not be bothered to help. There was no apology or attempt to find out what was going on.Edit: I eventually received my order after waiting for two hours. The second person who I spoke with apologized and made things right. Amazing people . I asked for the fastest sandwich they could make and they got it done even faster than I thought . 5 stars well earned . If you need anything from these guys , they’re always there ! Fresher and faster than the hyvee theyre right next to .

Logo sign of Jimmy Johns was not on! They looked closed until I got close enough to open the door which I checked if it was locked. The guy kept responding that the ceiling lights are on so I'm open. What a shame. Franchise contract should be updated due to not representing the brand properly AND help the franchise owner make profits expectations realized.
