Wanted to get the special edition Charlie Brown Christmas 🎄 donuts, but a few were sold out.

They offered to make the sold-out ones for us, but we didn't want to wait...

(Kids, road trip... you know how 🤔 that goes!)

Been to this location many times for my gma as she is elderly and cant go herself constantly out of donuts even if just opened gave this place multiple times ALWAYS out of almost the whole menu i wont ever give this location a dime and it deserves to close horrible bussiness practices

Twice in the past three days I have stopped by the Jordan Creek Krispy Kreme location. No product..zero donuts for sale. I waited five minutes calling out for an employee and nothing! I returned to my car and saw a female employee come out front. I returned to ask her why they are open with zero product to sell? She was robotic in her responses to me. What has happened to Krispy Kreme? This location should be closed if they have no product to sell. One day it was 11:00 am and today 1:00 pm. Zero donuts in the entire store. I should have taken a photo of the entire empty shelves. I would give this location zero stars if possible.

Glazed donuts were excellent. Cake batter filled were disappointing. One donutvhad hardly any filling. Frosting takes away from the filling. They run out of the theme donuts right away.

Disastrous catering experience here today. First - I show up right on time to get my order. Staff appears to have forgotten that this order existed and started working on it. Not a big deal, staff was apologetic. It was done in about ten minutes and I’m on my way to my meeting location.

Arrive and unload my car, and they’ve forgotten 2/3 of what I ordered. Honestly, my bad, I should’ve known to check. I call back immediately to tell them they’ve missed 48 donuts I’ve ordered. No apology on the phone from staff. Return back to KK location, they’ve only given me an extra 24 (so I have to remind them that it was 48 missing,) again, no apology or offer to make things right.

Pathetic you can’t use US currency larger than a $20. Then the employee dropped some of the change when returning it and just expected me to be ok with it. Granted it was .25 but it’s the principle. You can’t deny a $100 and then you expect me to just lose .25 on the transaction. Then to finish it off another employee had a snotty look on her face because she had to open the drawer so I could be given back the same amount I had handed them.

I have never had a good experience at this krispy kreme location. After we got our donuts, the box felt cold. As soon as I opened the box, there was liquid on the donuts and they were cold. I went in and asked very politely to have them be warmed up or switch them out because i had just payed 14 dollars for some cold donuts. I was then told no with no explanation. Safe to say i will not be returning to this krispy kreme. Never in my 40 years of living have i had this horrible of service at a donut shop. Do better!

So sad to be a shareholder, the donuts are not what they used to be. I personally like the Custard Filled, but the batch I received this morning was sorely lacking. It takes about 6 bites to finish the donut, and only 1 bite has any filling. This should not be the standard and should be corrected. I see why this stock is tanking, the company no longer cares about its customers or products. When you place products at multiple locations including Walmart and Target, there is no brand loyalty to go to the actual store or have fresh donuts made on site. Krispy Kreme needs to consider fixing itself.

Pretty bummed that we came for free donut day and they were totally out of everything except for donut dots which were 10 for $4.10, so more expensive than a regular donut and stale when we got them. Just bad timing, but not ideal for encouraging repeat business.
