I’ve tried to redeem Krispy Kreme offers at this location several times, and every single time, it’s been a hassle—or flat-out impossible. Whether it's a discount on a dozen donuts or a limited-time deal, they always seem to “run out” or not have enough available. It genuinely feels like they’re set up to make redemption inconvenient on purpose. Either they don’t bake enough, or the timing never lines up, even if you show up early. Disappointing, especially compared to other locations where I’ve had no problems using the same offers.

Always checking out the Kremes. Very modern and clean location, staff were very friendly and helpful! No hot light for my original glazed but good overall.

What happened to clive location? Need to reopen it or put one close to its location, to far to drive for doughnuts, there's a dunkin on every corner it seems

The energy from the cashier and the whole place was nice, and no complaints on the classic donuts. However, my large caramel iced coffee was filled 90 percent to the brim with ice, and all the caramel was on the bottom, it didn’t even taste like caramel. I’ll just stick to the donuts.
Krispy Kreme donuts have always been my favorite. I am originally from the south where Krispy Kreme originated, I was around 10 before I found out there were other places that sold donuts (besides those prepackaged ones sold at grocery/convenience stores).

Ordered a three pack this morning in drive-theough. It was obviously prepackaged and came out of a fridge. Clearly not fresh made today. The original Krispy Kreme in Clive was always fresh and warm - hope it reopens.

I hate writing a bad review. Today was the first time getting donuts at Krispy Cream in WDM IOWA. When I was looking at locations last night I saw the WDM location and noticed a lot of bad reviews but not every ones experience is the same so I gave this location a shot. Well unfortunately my experience was not so well. My donuts were very dry and hard. Very disappointed as these were for a business meeting. I'll sick to my Casey's donuts.

Purchased creme filled doughnuts. Two were creme filled and 2 filled with Bavarian cream. Did not have any filling when biting in any of them. Very disappointing. Husband did like the plain glazed.
