Both burgers came out wrong. The one with onions was not supposed to have mustard. But it did. The one without onions also had no mustard. One burger was grilled correctly the other was overcooked and were hockey pucks. Went to Steak and Shake to get a shake. Oh my no milk shakes. Sorry no wonder it was 20 years between

Not gonna lie food was not up to par, greasy and boring, fry’s are so thin they get cold before you can even try them. First time I went they forgot my burger and low key gave attitude when I came back. The only way I’d come back is just for the shakes fr.

The burgers were both delicious. The fries were bland and thin. The onion rings also bland. The strawberry shake was amazing. The peanut butter cup shake was good even though after requested a cherry still did not receive one.First time eating here wasn't bad. Would definitely come back for burgers and shakes alone.

Feast your eyes on that melted butter drizzled atop the bun. And a pinch of garlic salt sprinkled as well My milkshake was thick, handspun with a cherry on top. The food was ready fast but this was surely a step up from what we call Fast Food If you're feeling indulgent be sure to treat yourself The place was clean, Drive Thru was bustling and there was all hands on deck right around supper time. Shout out to the manager who was bouncing around stations making sure the entire machine was well oiled.
Their LARGE diet Coke is very large.I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries and a large diet Coke all for under $10.

I was driving by and thought I should give this place a try. Worst mistake of my life. I had to place my order twice before she could actually get it entered into the computer. I got to the window, and was not welcomed at all. I gave the employee my payment. The employee looked to be African American maybe in her 40's. She had a very horrible expression on and gave me my card and receipt back and I said thank you and she just said "Uhuh" and closed the window. At that point I closed window waiting patiently. She didn't seem happy to serve us. I was talking to my mom and realized she had my food ready so I opened my window and she just gave me my bag with a very unhappy and unwelcoming face. She had nothing to say and closed the window. I realized I forgot to make one of my hotdogs plain I came back and there was a different lady at the window. This one was a caucasian woman with blonde hair looking to be in her 30's. She also had an attitude and wasn't very welcoming either. She did fix my order and wasn't as horrible as the first employee. That was very unprofessional and horrible customer service. She should not be working here. I will not be coming back.

Check your food. Ordered the number 2 and I got a weak bun with cheese and a patty. No toppings or condiments. This clearly had toppings in the picture on the board.
