“Lunch rush hour. This gal was all by herself. Did everything by herself smoother and faster than other stores with multiple employees. And people would enter and she would still greet everyone with a hello when that bell sounded. Great worker deserves to be recognized and ill call that store tomorrow to let them know. Pay her. Didn’t catch the name but white girl, dark hair, chest tattoo, great attitude, pay her! All by herself during rush hour lunch and and she killed it.“

“This subway is a frequent spot by my job site & absolutely love it. There's this dude with a beard that ALWAYS makes my sandwich beautifully & is ever so kind & apologetic if they are backed up with orders. He's a great asset & deserves a raise for how well he treats customers. The rest of the staff is kind as well & make sure I'm taken care of.“

The staff at this location has always offered friendly, courtesy, and quick service. “I've been frequenting this Subway more often these days. This is one of my Go-To Subways.
I have tried Subways at quite a few places in Des Moines.
And, I can say - by far - this is the bets of the lot - both in terms of service and quality of food.
The staff is amazing. All of them do a wonderful job.
Rohin (or Arun) - He has been the one who takes care of my order most of the times. Very nice person, humble, with a great attitude, great listener and customer focused.
Jen - She is an amazing woman. Pleasant attitude, very attentive.
Rocky - He is another wonderful staff. Great service and nice friendly attitude.
Being a vegetarian, my options are limited. But, the staff makes sure that their hands are clean and washed and they take proper care of my dietary needs.
And, Rajesh - he is the owner and manages this outlet quite well.

All the staff members are very attentive to your choice of options and they ensure that you get the best sandwich.
The interior is clean all the time. The Bread and cookies are always fresh.
I have never been disappointed here.
