“Staff at this location has been great every time I have been at this location. Today especially l, actively assisting several colustomers in store and clearly juggling making several sandwiches for a to-go. Even through the stress of to mich to do at one time, very nice and helpful....hoping management sees this and gives props to the lunch hour employees today 2/24!“

“Josh and the rest of the staff are amazing. The blonde woman and the dude with tattoos, I'm sorry idk their names. All of them do outstanding work though. I have a subway right by my house but I always make it a point to stop at THIS location because of the service. They are so friendly, they act like they enjoy doing their job and they make the sandwiches so perfect. I've never had a subway in my 25 years of life make such perfect sandwiches every time. “All can say is I HAVE BIG, BIG TIME RESPECT FOR ANY RESTAURANT THAT STAYS OPEN 24HRS, THIS IS THE 1ST SUBWAY I'VE EVER SEEN TO BE OPEN LIKE THIS AND I LOVE IT. “Exceptionally rude.. Bill? The sandwich maker/“manager” was smoking upon arrival.. we ordered 4 foot- longs, all of which are wrong.. not toasted, missing condiments.. asked for managers info, “Bill” said he was the manager.. I then proceeded to ask for his last name, with a rude response, “Google it,” per Bill, “the manager.”Every sandwich is wrong, called and asked for further help, “Bill” hung up on us..Do better, Subway.. “I went to Jimmy John's on Sunday at 4:15 and they were closed so I headed over to Subway. They were open. The storefront was clean, and the building looked newer. The inside was clean and nice. The young lady working inside, was polite and helpful.“
“I went to the Watrous and se 14th street location. It was a bit of a wait to get my order. I was only the second person there.They had a sign (small) indicating they did not participate in the coupon buy one get one. Fortunately, I only needed the one sandwich. I took it to go.“

“The customer service provided by the staff at this location is awesome and is the reason I continue to go back.In my most recent visit, Alicia and Trenton were awesome employees to work with. They were kind and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Doing things such as asking in detail how my day was and pointing out certain promo items on the menu to help save me a buck or so.“
“The restaurant was very clean and the staff went above and beyond, they were caring and hard working. The two young men working had to warm up more meatballs because they ran out and warned me that they were fresh and very hot and as they were making my large order, used their spare time to clean and make sure the restaurant looked nice. They were very very amazing. My only problem with this restaurant was the fact that the online ordering was down for all the subways around and management should have a backup code or plan for these employees for when that happens instead of leaving them helpless and left to deal with these situations with no resources.“
