“i’m always excited to eat here, especially when Mahendra is working. he always gets my sandwich perfect! he’s also so friendly and always greets us with a smile!

another familiar face is Alissa! not only is she funny! but she also makes great suggestions with the menu!

both have 10/10 customer service AND sandwich making skills! what more do you want from a subway!

“They are trying new hours out at this store, so the app isn't staying up to date, but we were lucky enough to have Steven as our Sandwich Artist as when the app failed us he came to our rescue and saved the day. “Exceptionally rude.. Bill? The sandwich maker/“manager” was smoking upon arrival.. we ordered 4 foot- longs, all of which are wrong.. not toasted, missing condiments.. asked for managers info, “Bill” said he was the manager.. I then proceeded to ask for his last name, with a rude response, “Google it,” per Bill, “the manager.”Every sandwich is wrong, called and asked for further help, “Bill” hung up on us..Do better, Subway.. “my favorite subway to come to and I live in altoona (I don’t recommend Altoona or the subway near this one) I love the sweet lady’s who work in the mornings they are pretty quick and usually always have a positive attitude and they have great costumer service and teamwork , my other favorite workers are the ones who work after them which is when I usually come since it’s not as busy and the brother and sister work well together they have good costumer service and are pretty kind and use great team work, the boys sandwich is pretty quick a little sloppy but me and my son dont mind but my wife and my daughter usually gets their sandwich made by his sister since she prefers neat and nicely wrapped sandwiches (picture below) I came one weekend and left due to it being busy and everything seemed very overwhelming.“

“Everything was clean and the food was pretty good but the 2 guys at the counter were rushing me to get my
Orders done I have 6 sandwiches and one of the sandwiches didn't get my green peppers toasted with the bun liken asked for but had the guy not trying to rush me through so badly he would have gotten it correct im sure. But this store is 24 hrs kinda rare for any store to b open 24 hr since covid so thats another plus as well“

“Got there about 20 minutes past eight with 2 customers ahead of me and only 1 employee. As another customer came in, he asked us what our sandwiches were as he was out of a good number of ingredients. A good 20 minutes later it was my turn. He was out of teriyaki sauce for the one sandwich and just enough steak for a 6" steak sandwich. The employee provided
great service, he was rattled or anything even as several more customers showed up before I left. So great service but poor management decision to have just one employee that night and then run your food out so they have a limited selection to serve.“
