Some of the best pizza in the Metro! We eat pizza every Friday and have for the past few years. Almost every week we try a new spot, but keep coming back to Taste of NY. 10/10 highly recommend ✔️

Management or who ever runs this establishment is very subpar. We called in an order and was told it would be an hour and 15 minutes. I showed up a little after the time we were told it would be done and they told me it would be another 20 minutes because they have a lot of pizzas to make. If I ran my business like that I would be out of business. I’m sure it’s good pizza but never got to try it since I wasn’t going to waste 20 minutes of my time waiting for a Mandami pizza.

Don't get confused by the signs in the strip. It's the one next to Maria groceries.

The pizza was good. They are changing locations in the same strip mall. Great place to grab a quick slice.

We were told 15-20 minutes till we would be seated. 30 minutes it took. We ordered right away. But with in an hour and half no pizza after being told our pizza would be done in 10 after 10 minutes yours is the next out. 10 minutes later others were served while we were still sitting there

We were extremely disappointed tonight. After being on the waitlist for about 25 minutes, we were sat at a small table right across from the hostess stand. We waited 20 minutes and no one came to our table. We went back to the stand and told them to give our table to someone else. All the hostess said was, “I’m sorry.” Hopefully the service is better when we try again next time.

We tried the new location in Pleasant Hill & it was delicious!!! Kim - our server - did a great job!!! We will absolutely be back! We had the more vodka (please!), supreme & pepperoni/sausage & pineapple! All great!

This eatery is pleasantly different from other pizzerias. I would say it's in a league all its own. Always greated and assisted by a friendly and helpful staff. The pizza slices are just the right size. Never a bad experience.

Treat yourself to a slice or two. Take the family with you. None will be disappointed.

TONY has the best pizza in the Des Moines area. One of the only places you can get real authentic NY style pizza! Whether by the slice or a whole pie you will not be disappointed. Everything on the menu is great, including the meatballs which basically melt in your mouth!

Why can’t people just keep slices warm? When I want a slice I shouldn’t have to wait the length of time to cook a whole pizza so the slice comes out over cooked and too hot to eat for 30 minutes. What’s the point
