I worked a long cold day. Decided to bring home Wendy's for my wife and I. Ordered Taco salads. Get home and no chili for the taco salad. I call. they offer to refund the chili, not the meal, just the chili. but I have to drive there for the refund.
Suggestion...my time and effort are worth something. Offer me an apology and 25.00 gift card. Don't put the extra effort on me by asking me to make an additional trip just to get what I paid for in the first place. make...read full review
I’ve been to this store numerous times because it’s closest to my house.
The drivethru is consistently slow, the last three times I have come in during lunch/ dinner(even right now as I’m sitting in the lobby writing this I’ve been served cold food) I’ve been served cold food or less then fresh stuff.
