“Absolutely delicious Indian food, was traveling between Davenport and Iowa City and the owner stayed open another 10 minutes so I could pick up my takeout which I happily devoured back home. The inside of the restaurant is a trip - it’s set in a potholed parking lot of a small truck stop, a rundown roadside diner from another era entirely - but the food was hot, authentic and incredibly tasty. Clearly this place is set up to feed and supply (they have a small grocery with Indian snacks and drinks) Indian long haul truckers hungry for a taste of home while they’re driving all over the country, I just happen to be lucky enough to live a drivable distance to enjoy their takeout. A slice of someone’s American Dream.“
