Absolutely amazing very first time eating here and couldn't be anymore impressed than I am male sure to bring cash as they dont accept cards but highly recommended

1st time there and I was shocked how the place looked. Loved the vintage look with the old brick paneling, carpet on walls and bar area and a real working juke box!!!! Place is huge and has lots potential to make this a diamond in the rough... place was a little dusty BUT...the tenderloin was excellent! Now the second time was a different story... ordered the sample appetizer and it took over 15 minutes to make. Portions were small and the cheese sticks were still frozen not worth the price also there is no ATM so make sure you have plenty of cash. Bartenders were fun still had a great time there and would still go back!!!!

We always make a trip out here when I'm in Iowa. My family loves the tenderloin and it is marvelous! Huge portions of sides. You gotta love the jukebox that always seems to have credits already in it. Don't let the outside fool you, it's family friendly!

You don’t get more out of the way than Fat Annie's. The biggest pork cutlet sandwich that I have ever seen. It was a little too thin for me. It made the pork to breading ration off for me. But, since everything it is homemade, I bet they could make it thicker if you want. Perfectly cooked though. Had the corn nuggets, again cooked perfectly. I came with ranch dressing that was by far the best I have ever had. Ends up, yep, you guessed it, homemade.

Old place, middle of nowhere, understaffed but yet well worth the trip. Help is hard to find so don't be in a hurry. Get the pork tenderloin sandwich and take the time to visit with Annie. It is a walk back in to time that won't be there forever.
