I normally enjoy the ice cream and have been coming here off and for many years. But, on 12/31 I came and ordered a waffle cone with one scoop and the waffle cone was really hard. It tasted like the waffle cone was stale. It was not a good experience like usual unfortunately,

Would have left a 5 star review as I normally would however I’ve never seen a more unprofessional setting as I did tonight with the 3 girls Working. They were yelling while Serving people about other employees and cursing . It was an unpleasant experience and we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. It’s a shame because the employees are typically professional and kind. These girls would not be someone to Consider kind let Alone professional. If I walk to them again I will turn around and leave. Almost everyone went and sat in their cars to eat although there was plenty of seating. Even my 11 year old knew how they were behaving was highly Inappropriate!!! 1/2/26 approx 8-815pm

I placed an order online. I called the store after I placed it to ask a question about pick up times. I was told they didn't have enough flavor of the month to make the cake I ordered. I called the other store and they did. I called this store and told them to cancel my order and credit my card. They said they would. THEY DID NOT DO IT! Now I'm trying to get my money back and it's not happening 😡

First time there. Owner was so rude to his employees. The kid that was helping me with my order was doing everything right but the owner kept questioning him what he was doing. In a rude manner. The kid end up walking out and he had another employee finish my order. It was to much. Never going back and would never want to work with someone like him. I don't blame the kid I felt really bad.

I stopped by to get a scoop of Jamoca Almond Fudge in a waffle bowl. There was one lady in front of me being helped by one of the servers. The customer was asked by another server (who had pink braids and extremely rude) if she was being helped. The lady said yes. The server with pink braids and rude attitude didn't ask me if I needed help, she just walked away. I received my ice cream and I'm sitting in my car eating and realized this is not what I ordered. I walked back in to hear the server with two pink braids using foul language with the other server. There were customers sitting inside eating their ice-cream. What a very bad reflection on this establishment. I have been coming here since the 1970s. I let the server know this is not the correct ice-cream and she was nice about giving me a replacement(which is why I gave a two stars) It is vital that businesses make sure their employees are polite and appropriate in the business setting. Also that they understand without customers there is NO BUSINESS!

We were visiting the Des Moines area for a few days when my husband had a late-night craving for ice cream around 9 PM. After a quick online search, we found that Baskin-Robbins was still open—perfect! We were greeted with a warm smile, offered a couple of samples (there were so many great choices!), and finally settled on our favorites. Enjoying ice cream in a classic cone was just what we needed to top off a relaxing Thursday evening.

store was dirty. workers were unkempt. the employee didn’t make the cone correctly, as soon as i got outside to my car the whole scoop of ice cream fell off the cone. it wasn’t pressed into the cone at all.
I ordered a monkey cake and got nightmares instead. I’ll let yall judge how it looks yourselves. Although it was truly the most frightening thing I’ve ever seen, the cake itself was pretty good.

The owners of this franchise location are very disrespectful to their employees. The owners been caught picking his nose at the counter and the overall function of the store is unsanitary. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend and Would recommend a more local, family owned ice cream shop over them.
