The owners of this franchise location are very disrespectful to their employees. The owners been caught picking his nose at the counter and the overall function of the store is unsanitary. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend and Would recommend a more local, family owned ice cream shop over them.

I was there yesterday and after ordering my ice cream, took a bite into it only to find a bug in the ice cream. They replaced my ice cream with the same flavor, but no apologies or discount was offered first time I had this disgusting happen to me

I went to the store and bought a cake. The cake was 39.99 and when I got it home and start cutting the cake there were several hairs in it. When I called the store the young man that’s sold it to me was very rude about the situation. I tried to explain to him I lived 45 minutes away. I was told if I could not bring it then they wouldn’t do anything about it. I will never go there again.

We needed 3 tubs of ice cream for our Dad's 90th birthday party. He used to own a Baskin Robins in Minnesota and having Pralines 'n Cream, Jamocha Almond Fudge and Vanilla were an important part of the party. After not being able to find the tubs here in MN I contacted Satish in Windsor Heights IA. He took the time to help us out and we were able to purchase the from him. Thank you so much Satish! Our Dad (and all the guests!) loved the ice cream!!
Rude guy runs a ice cream shop and is rude to kids... booo yelling at kids is a big no. Take your business elsewhere

This deserves all zero stars. The manager was unhelpful and rude. They completely messed up little sister's birthday cake and we spoke to him about it and the manager made up many excuses about why the cake was messed up but his excuses weren't adding up. He was lying and then he refused to give us a refund and was extremely rude. He never once had the decency to even say sorry about this error. Horrible.Will never return here again.

Never again will I order from this store ever again!! This is the second time ordering from here and this the second time they missed one of the items from our order and we had ordered 3 scoops and they had to have used a baby scooper cause our 3 scoops was the equivalent of one scoop!!! Never again and definitely do not recommend the store in Windsor Heights. Oh and whoever answered the phone when I called to complain was extremely rude and did nothing to help the situation!!
