Ordered via DoorDash. Was contacted that they were out of both lemonade and Fanta oranges beverages. Because of my diet I can't have several regular soda types. Instructed to give me a large cup of ice water instead, sent me a bottle of water that was not requested. They never answer the phone when contacted. This is a sign of really poor management

Lazy unfriendly ghetto Burger King in nice neighborhood. Placed an order online on 09/28/24 @ 11pm, came to pick it up 30 minutes later, and two clowns made up a story that they are out of "chicken philly" because they're out of some sauce. The order was $12.03 and manager refunds me $15. Haven't been at BK in a year and they're out of some sauce 3 hours before closing and tells me not to yell at them. Gimme' a break, where the heck they find these employees?

This place used to be the best Burger King in the metro. Now they refuse to use air conditioning, are slower than any other restaurant in the city. Workers now are rude, slamming food down and all around unpleasant. Sad, this used to be so good.

Super slow service, got two Impossible burgers in my bag by mistake and they were almost completely burnt. No receipt either so didn't go back. Sadly, I paid cash so I can't do a charge back. $20 wasted. I will not go back.
