Not sure what happened but the pizza was not the same as usual. December 17th the pizza had no sauce and whoever made it didn't know what they were doing.

I called and asked what a large pepperoni pizza would cost and was told $9.99 then I mentioned that I had a coupon from my last visit for a free cheesy bread and was told ok your total is $17.10 and when you bring your coupon in we will correct the price. When I arrived to pick up I was greeted with a blank stare even after explaining which the associate just stared at me and kept repeating that you can't use the free bread because it can't be in combination. I fully understand that and if was told that on the phone would have made the choice to just get the pizza. Instead now I'm on a timed lunch break so I said that's fine just sell me the pizza for the $9.99 once again. The blank stare and the same explanation I simply said I dont have time for this paid the $17.10 and here we are. This could have been avoided and not ticked me off if just told on the phone while I was ordering. I enjoy your pizza but customer service not so much. The order taker # 66569 at the Windsor Height, Iowa location could use some training so you don't lose another customer.

Good pizza, especially for its price, but the service is very questionable. Tonight was not the first time I’ve ordered delivery through here only to be told that someone who wasn’t my driver had taken it. Most restaurants verify with third party drivers for this reason, it’s disappointing to know they don’t do the same.

Just landed off the plane, knowing there’s no Marco’s where I come from, and it’s pizza bowl city for me. I like that this location has a dine in option. The staff is kind, and the place is clean. More important than all else… THE FOOD IS AMAZING.

Pizza was mostly dough and under done. I've had better frozen pizza. This is the third time in a row quality was way done.

So I ordered a 50 dollar order and called and talked with a Manager about my order being wrong she argued with me about a 5 dollar pizzoli and told me there was nothing she could do about it. And was very rude and would not listen to me. This women should not be a manager I will not recommend them to anyone

ordered Medium Half & Half Pizza, Chicken Fresco and Grilled Chicken Florentine. when i came home and opened the box, most of the toppings are missing on the pizza including chicken. pizza was not even cut into slices.
