The staff is very friendly, the boba is excellent, and the shop is very cute. I will absolutely be making this my #1 boba stop in Des Moines 💜

Got off of work at 7pm, drove 40 minutes out of my way to the nearest ocha (arrived at 7:42pm) just to be told I can’t get a Dubai chocolate covered strawberry cup because it was after 7:30pm. I wish that was a known thing so someone wouldn’t waste their time coming. Overall the cup I get from here is normally good but I’ve had delayed and poor customer service experience every single time I’ve came except for ONCE

We tried the ube drink and hakkido milk tea were average and tasted a lot artificial and the strawberry croffel was alright tasted like a regular croissant with a little chocolate drizzle .

Really good and the young lady at the counter was so sweet even with how busy it was! Boba was good just wish there was more seating. Recommend !!

Ocha is hands down my favorite boba shop in the metro. The boba here just tastes better than anywhere else. I also appreciate that they always offer to customize the sweetness level to your liking. It’s a great spot for a tasty treat, and I prefer their lids over those at other boba shops. The staff is always incredibly friendly too.

my friend got the mango jasmine tea and it tasted like chemicals or a cheap tropical candle, disappointing for the price point. Also sad furniture set up three tiny tables with two little stools each. At least the “croffles” were good and the worker was nice.

I couldn't be more thrilled that Des Moines has more bubble tea options, but to have one right here in Windsor Heights?! My kids go to school right around the corner, so we love to come here for an after-school treat. There's another newer bubble tea option right down the road, but theirs is way too sweet. I love how this place asks you how much ice you want, or how sweet you want, or even green or black tea?! There's so many ways to customize your drink. I'm over the moon! The staff are always wonderful, never snippy or grumpy.

Absurdly expensive for boba tea. There are better, cheaper options.

My favorite boba place!! Both the Windsor Heights + Ankeny locations are great. Friendly staff, clean store, and amazing drinks. I am craving the Hokkaido Milk Tea basically all the time haha. The croffles are also delicious and worth the wait as they make them fresh! :)
