Absolutely LOVED my baristas today—Gretel and Max!! They were just the sweetest!! I had a few little things I wanted different in my drink and they went above and beyond to fix it, no questions asked! So kind and thoughtful, honestly made my whole day. Starbucks, you’ve got some real gems on your team!! Thank you Gretel & Max!! Mama needed that coffee and you delivered!!

My boyfriend, a friend of ours, and myself bought drinks from this particular Starbucks inside Hy-Vee. Lily, the only employee that was there, greeted us with a smile and took our customized drinks with a positive attitude. She was awesome and we will be getting more coffees from here in the future when we are in the neighborhood. Go Lily!

I liked the staff, they are friendly and are 18 years old or in their 20s, I like the Coffee, breakfast sandwiches, pastries and I would tip, and they are Hawk Eyes, I told one Student to check out college grants, why pay banks, when there's money available and it's free, please come in anytime soon see the Kids, I tease them in Good Nature, remember seating available in Market Grill and Express and Remember all are Welcome.
