Stopped in at Winterset to visit another attraction, but saw the classic Frostee's sign and had to stop in! I had a classic chocolate milkshake and it was tasty! I love visiting local places, especially when there is a vintage-ness about them. Would say, if you are stopping in Winterset, stop in!

Wow. We had heard this was the best Icecream around and Frostee’s did not disappoint. Malt was perfectly flavored and good and malty! And idk why, but this is some of the BEST soft serve we’ve ever had! I recommend the twist. ?
Cute place. Great prices. Remember to tip! They are very appreciative! FYI, this is a cash only business and there IS a sign posted…

Frostee's has been a Winterset staple for a looonnng time; under a few names, the location and service it brings to Winterset are unparalleled. It's been doing its magic for at least 5 decades.
