There are good workers and not-so-good workers. I get it, it's a small town and not usually busy...but it's evident to me that some really don't WANT to be there. Also, from one food service worker to another... NEVER FORGET SAUCES! It can make or break someone's experience and it's so simple to get right. It's like extra points on a test for writing your name at the top.

This was the last stop for a quick meal at the end of our vacation. We ordered a BLT crispy chicken sandwich and fries.
The service was fine but inside of the restaurant felt dingy. We stopped at 12:15 on a Monday so we were surprised that the fries weren't fresher. The chicken sandwich is no fault of the restaurant itself but Hardee's who would be purchasing the chicken. The chicken piece was small compared to the bun. The photo doesn't show that it was off to the font of the picture with a gap on the back.

Absolutely amazing staff and service. These guys always take care of the order and I've never had an issue with them. The fact that i arrived 6 minutes before close while annoying i know did not faze Blaze or the crew. They prepared my meal and had it out the door in no time. These guys all deserve recognition for their jobs and raises for provide exemplary customer service

Grabbed some lunch after we visited John Waynes birthplace before we finished home in our vacation.
I wanted to give another thanks to the crew that was working when we dined in the restaurant. The food was wonderful, I can’t remember the last time I had a good experience with any fast food restaurant. To the crew working that night you make Hardee’s a gem here in Winterset.
Biscuits not as fluffy as in the ads. Employee told me they were instructed to not make them fluffy!!!

I like the sandwiches but who puts all of the toppings on the bottom bun? When you try to eat them everything slides out and makes a big mess. Lettuce, pickles, onion and sauces go under the TOP BUN!!
