We ordered four meals. We received three burgers and three fries instead of what we should have received. They did give us the drink from the 4th order, but they did not label any of the drinks. My mother is diabetic and IT COULD KILL HER if she asks for a diet drink and she does not receive it. None of the drinks tasted right either, and we could not tell if any of them were supposed to be the diet Dr pepper, or the root beers that we ordered. When we went back in to let them know that we were missing part of our order, we were snapped at, and they seemed reluctant to give us the rest of our food.

There are good workers and not-so-good workers. I get it, it's a small town and not usually busy...but it's evident to me that some really don't WANT to be there. Also, from one food service worker to another... NEVER FORGET SAUCES! It can make or break someone's experience and it's so simple to get right. It's like extra points on a test for writing your name at the top.

This was the last stop for a quick meal at the end of our vacation. We ordered a BLT crispy chicken sandwich and fries.
The service was fine but inside of the restaurant felt dingy. We stopped at 12:15 on a Monday so we were surprised that the fries weren't fresher. The chicken sandwich is no fault of the restaurant itself but Hardee's who would be purchasing the chicken. The chicken piece was small compared to the bun. The photo doesn't show that it was off to the font of the picture with a gap on the back.

Absolutely amazing staff and service. These guys always take care of the order and I've never had an issue with them. The fact that i arrived 6 minutes before close while annoying i know did not faze Blaze or the crew. They prepared my meal and had it out the door in no time. These guys all deserve recognition for their jobs and raises for provide exemplary customer service
