I have called multiple times today and no one answers. I specifically requested my children's meals be prepared a certain way due to severe allergies and yet even though it was repeated back and on the receipt it was still prepared incorrectly. Thankfully I learned to check their food before they touch it. Extremely disappointed.

If they offered a zero stars rating that's what I would have given them. This McDonald's has been horrible every since it opened 2 years ago. With all the bad reviews it's obvious nothing is going to be done about it. I think that because there are limited restaurants in Winterset they think people will still eat there. C'mon McDonald's have a little pride in your business.

Okay, first of all, y'all always have some employees screaming and arguing in the kitchen. it's chaos. And second of all, i waited like 20 minutes for a breakfast biscuit, and when i received said biscuit, it was as hard as a rock and completely ruined my appetite. No wonder this establishment only has an average rating of 2.8 stars.

I love the people that work here they try their best and they work hard but who ever runs this McDonald’s is a goof ball. They never seem to be working yet they seem so understaffed. If I was the manager (Dylan/kyle) I’d be working to cover for those shifts but what do I know… k bye
