I just ordered a 2 for 5 breakfast and literally got 2 muffins. Just the bread. Nothing in the sandwich. How does this even happen. Money stolen. And the app won’t let me sign in. It never sends a verification to my email when I click to send.

I have called multiple times today and no one answers. I specifically requested my children's meals be prepared a certain way due to severe allergies and yet even though it was repeated back and on the receipt it was still prepared incorrectly. Thankfully I learned to check their food before they touch it. Extremely disappointed.

If they offered a zero stars rating that's what I would have given them. This McDonald's has been horrible every since it opened 2 years ago. With all the bad reviews it's obvious nothing is going to be done about it. I think that because there are limited restaurants in Winterset they think people will still eat there. C'mon McDonald's have a little pride in your business.
