I placed an order at 6:20pm received order at 8:05pm. Not only was it late but cold and half the toppings were missing. Also website said it was delivered 20 minutes before it actually was delivered!

I have had numerous negative experiences at this locations in the past. Recently everything has been A LOT better. The food has been really good. The staff has been very polite and helpful. Everyone seems happier being there and it makes the atmosphere a lot more enjoyable. I'm not sure what changed, but I'm very glad it did.

I want to give a big shout out to the Pizza Ranch restaurant in Winterset, Iowa! I have to proudly say, it's one of the best Pizza Ranch restaurants I've ever eaten in! The atmosphere was nice, the service was amazing!! The food was excellent! A very clean, well kept up atmosphere 👌 I could see how much pride has been put into everything!!! One of the best chain restaurants I've been in!!! Im very proud to publicly Bragg about!!

Pizza Ranch is close to being the same everywhere which of course is what corporate wants. I won't disappoint in this review. We were traveling between 2 events in Creston and Des Moines on this day. I mention it was a very hot early summer day because we were already tired and hungry. We were the first and only customers for the evening meal. We nearly drove away as there were no cars nearby. The food was fresh and the place clean. The manager and then a waitress got to us and both made sure to mention they could make a different pizza if we wished. In complete honesty, we are not fans of Pizza Ranch pizza; it lacks taste and feels like an assembly line product. But, we do enjoy their chicken. The salads are always fresh and a little ice cream at the end never hurts. Having read recent reviews we would disagree with the cleanliness and being early, there was a full salad bar. My observation concerning the franchise is it seems to be going the way of many before them. A great idea, good product, not great food at reasonable prices........BUT! The prices are now well into the range of better restaurants. It still attracts the kids as we took my 9-year-old grandson to one recently and he loved it......But then he is 9. My advice to corporate is to reevaluate yourselves....before a newer and better idea takes over. I add this because ........I can see why the reviews read as they do.

Delightful and courteous Staff. Food was plentiful and tasty. They are consistently putting out fresh chicken and pizzas. Best fried chicken ever! Extremely accommodating crew at this location. They work hard to please the customer.
