Server Alex F. was extremely courteous. Asked me if I had any pizza requests when I paid. Then wait staff was very prompt in removing empty plates. Friendly.

They ask you what pizzas you want, then look at you funny when they bring it to the table and you want to eat the entire thing. If you tell them more than two pizzas they will make one half and half, instead of giving you all three. Fried chicken is good, pizza is okay.

So this is a Rant & Rave. 1st of all Pizza Ranch really let us down yesterday. My daughter had reserved the back room for our granddaughters 1st birthday party. There was a total of 30 people we all get there yesterday & the manager informs my daughter that everyone has to order the buffet that we are not allowed to just order pizza. And that he would also charge 2 per child. So if you were to add that up it would have cost like $600 in total for everyone. So I told him we will not be doing that & we would take our business to pizza hut, that I am sure they would love our business. So I called pizza hut & asked to speak with the manager & his name is Max by the way. I told him what our situation was & he said give me 10 minutes & we will be ready for you all. So we arrived at pizza hut & they had everything set up for us. They accommodate us last minute & did an amazing job doing so. They definitely went above & beyond & our granddaughter had a great 1st birthday & the pizza was great! So thanks too pizza hut & all there workers yesterday!
Went to Winterset, Iowa. It was ok. Not alot of options. Had to wait for lady working there to get out of the door way. Nobody was in there but my husband and I. Surprised. Pizza ranch is always busy

This Pizza ranch was by far the cleanest I've ever been in... staff was absolutely wonderful. And the food was great except that we got there closer to closing so it wasn't as precious. I would have liked it to be but that was absolutely understandable. I absolutely will be going back.
