The Cellar is a hidden gem in Winterset. It is a small coffee shop just barely off the square and a few stairs down. It serves all types of coffee, teas and smoothies. But the real treat are the breakfast burritos. My favorite is the everything burrito with salsa. Nice small more than a coffee shop. I got the Rueben and it came with chips. They didn't have the potato salad that someone posted on an old menu. The Reuben was really good and as I am not a coffee drinker I opted for just a can of soda, my daughter got the bacon chicken wrap and she liked it too.

Great little neighborhood lunch place tucked away into a cellar in Winterset downtown. We were on our way to see Bridges in Madison County and wanted to get a quick sandwich. Ladies operating the restaurant were lovely and down to earth. Sandwiches were great!
