We were here for the first time 2 weeks ago. We drove from Cedar Rapids and had a WONDERFUL experience. My husband and I both had ribeye steaks (medium rare) and they were some of the best steaks we have ever had. Tonight, we brought friends that we assured were going to have a wonderful dining experience. Not the case. My steak looked good in the area I cut into, but after a few bites the center was like uncooked muscle and cool to the touch. Not even warm. Waitress told us yeah sorry sometimes it's hard for the cooks to gage. We ordered several appetizersl, one being jalapeno poppers and the waitress hit the wrong button and we got broccoli poppers (they were TERRIBLE) She was upfront and told us sorry I probably hit wrong button and while she sorta said she could do the poppers if we really wanted her to, but she didn't seem to be in a hurry to make it right. We had to ask for water several times and mentioned our dining experience was disappointing this visit. Mostly excuses until the end where she said she was sorry. That's as far as our bad dining experience went. Unfortunately we and our friends will be back and we won't continue to spread the word on our great dining experience. Oh yeah, my friend's prime rib and as undercooked for what she wanted as well. Just a bad experienc worst part nothing was done to try and make it right.

Ribeye steak was delicious and perfectly prepared as requested. Everything was hot and fresh. The onion rings were awesome 👍. Very attentive wait staff. Great daily specials. Pretty good salad bar. Very good price point. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to Hale Tap & Supper Club. I will be back.

Best Walleye Iv "Ever" Eaten! Worth a Trip! Very Friendly & Pleasant. Family Oriented Atmosphere. We Definitely Got Our Moneys Worth of Great Food Out of the Place. The Service Was Great, Very Courteous. It May Be Off the Beaten Path But WELL Worth the Scenic Drive. But, DON'T Blink or You MAY Miss it! The Towns Pretty Smal. Thol its Quiet & Quaint.
