Cafe Zupas offers great food that is fresh and tasty. The menu includes the hot honey cottage cheese bowl, lobster bisque, and the Power Protein bowl. Meals come with a bread bun and a chocolate covered strawberry, which is a nice touch. The mocktails are very yummy, and the raspberry and pineapple can be mixed. The service receives mixed feedback. Some describe great service and a very clean place, with a friendly and nice crew. Others report slow service, including waiting in the drive through for almost 40 minutes and difficulty finding seating inside. One guest calls the system of making the food with different stations slow and confusing. Some orders had missing extras that cost more, and the strawberry in the kids combo was forgotten multiple times. Overall, the food is good, but the service and order accuracy can vary.
