The very best peruvian food in the Sun Valley
The food is well seasoned. I will eat there again.
I worked in Peru for almost 3 years and Peruvian food is the best in all of South America.
I eas a little disappointed in Contigo's Lomo Saltado...the meat strips were way over-cooked and I'm guessing had been around for awhile. Tough and chewy best describes the meat.
Great Cuscano beer, but no Pisco sour!
Otherwise, I'll return, but not for their Lomo.

Contigo Perú in Bellevue, Idaho, offers Peruvian food that many describe as a one-of-a-kind experience. The flavors are loaded, rich, and unforgettable, with fresh ingredients, great textures, and beautiful presentation. One reviewer calls it one of the best food experiences overall, from the crispy seafood with cancha and creamy sauce to the delicious soups and noodles. The owner is friendly and down-to-earth, and guests feel the passion in the food and service. The Pollo a la parrilla is delicious, with moist chicken and light, well-seasoned flavor, and the Pollo a la milanesa is also enjoyed. The chicha morada and pollo a la brasa taste just like home. Vegetarians are happy too, since many pasta and rice dishes can be made with tofu, and many appetizers are vegetarian. The food seems authentic and delicious. However, one reviewer was disappointed in the Lomo Saltado, describing the meat as over-cooked, tough, and chewy. Another noted a second appetizer came out with the main course and the server could have been more attentive, but it was still a good experience. The arroz chaufa on the mostrito was not the best and tasted more like arroz a la jardinera. Despite this, guests still loved their experience and plan to return.
