We visited the Baked Potato Museum today. We enjoyed the museum; it was very family friendly and we learned a lot about potatoes. We also called 2 hours in advance and ordered potatoes, which we were really looking forward to. The staff in the cafe were very nice, but the potatoes were not hot. So much so that that the butter didn’t melt. When you add bacon bits and sour cream, all of which were cold, you get a cold potato. I don’t know if this was just an...
Cute little museum! You can go through the entire thing pretty quickly, or take your time. Has some activities for kids. Cool information throughout. They also have gave a cafe connected at the end of the tour, but you can get to the cafe from the side of the building and not have to do the museum to eat.
Honestly didn't really see the hype. It was fun and informational but was really small and therefore super cramped. Add to that how many people were in the tiny building and it felt like a tourist trap. I'm sure the cafe is cool but it was way too crowded to order.
