My daughter is obsessed with Mongolian bbq so we had to stop in. The staff were just so welcoming and friendly! I would come back just for the incredible service but the food was also delicious and generous portions! We'll be back in! Thank you! ❤️

I normally love this place but sadly today was not one of those days. I had ordered online and accidentally clicked on things that I didn't not want but I unfortunately did not realize it. I went and picked up the order and took it back to work. When I opened it I realized something wasn't right. So I called and explained that I didn't think my order was right, I was then literally yelled at for saying hey I don't think I got the right order. I could not look at what I had ordered so I was trying to figure out what had happened. Instead I was yelled at and then after I hung up was texted about it and harassed some more over it. I know there online order is sensitive and I know I should have paid more attention to everything (normally I do but was in a hurry) I never once accused them of messing it up I was just trying to find out if I had really did accidentally order that. But the customer service was rude and unprofessional. I did not call and complain I called just to find out what had happened.

I was always wondering how a Mongolian grill can have such a high score until I stepped into this #1 Mongolian BBQ. The inside vibe is cozy and tranquil like a mid-class steak house, you can hardly relate this to a $20 all you can eat restaurant. The raw food bar and the sauce bar are clean and tidy. The staff are very welcoming and skilled at cooking, the sauces are not over salted or seasoned which does make you to add a little more to suffice your taste. Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommended.

It is always clean and fresh. Owners are nice and always remember us when we come in, and if someone is missing from the group, they always ask how they are. Serive is fast and efficient. Always have a great meal.

The sauces looked sooo old! The peanut sauce looked like the slime off of a snail! No joke, the light brown part would NOT mix into the watery part of the sauce it just king of swirled around together as separate entities 😶. All of the sauces had multiple rings around the containers. It was like looking at the rings of a tree, you could see the lifetime of the sauce lolz. 🤢 However! The veggies looked okay and all of the meat was still frozen in the containers. But the customer service was pretty awful. The guy who rang me up gave a bit of an eye roll when I asked for a pair of chopsticks so I didn't dare ask for rice or soy sauce. Overall cleanliness was awful and I did not at all feel welcome 😕.
