Came in at 12pm with girlfriend we got our food and it was bomb af pretzel knots, Tri tip sandwich (maybe use less mayo? Also not sure if the caramelized onions are supposed to be on one half of the sandwich and not the other) and the burger were amazing (that jam sauce hits like no other) disappointed in management and the host when our server William was running the show. I watched him take care of 10 tables including us with no support from either. manger was wearing a black uniform and host had short hair. Manager was eating at one of the tables near the kitchen while the host stayed at the front and only left once cause she had a question about a phone call. As a manger at a restaurant and being in the food industry I would expect more from a team. I’m not even upset my food took 40+ min. Would like to see manager doing table checks, running food or atleast have the host step up and bus some tables Good job William you killed it big dog.

Server stopped by one time and took our drink order. 5 minutes later someone else showed up and took the menu away before we had a chance to order food. Our original server came by again when we were almost finished with our drinks, so we closed out and left. Also, small detail but certain types of beer taste better in specific glasses and most breweries know this but not this one apparently...

Enjoyed a delicious lunch with my husband and our Golden Retriever, Ranger. We were sat on the patio and the first thing our server did was bring out a bowl of water for Ranger. Despite the fact that she was also working the open seating bar area, she was attentive and kind. I had the wings and my husband had a burger. Both were delicious and the fries were perfectly crispy. We will be back for sure.

Easy going lunch with a couple of good beers. Had some special food requests and all was handled easily. Unrushed and friendly service. The burger was good but I thought the actual burger was a bit small for the price. It was cooked to my order.

Went there on a Sunday night at 6:45. Was immediately sat at a table. Had a concert to go to that started at 8:00 and after sitting 15 minutes, never had a server acknowledged we were even there. No one brought by water, no one said we'll be with you as soon as we can. We left and the hostess said thanks for coming in. Lol.
Looking around, there were lots of empty tables and several people left during the 15 minutes we were completely ignored so it didn't appear as though they were so busy not to at least acknowledge us. Not sure we'll ever be back.

Food quality has declined in the past year. It seems like the new ownership is trying to cut corners. They also seem to always be running out of beers on the beer list.
Update: I went for a work dinner and it has gotten worse. The service was extremely slow. We had to ask several times for menus, plates, and silverware. The food did not come out at the same time despite the fact that they were not busy. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was underwhelming and my fries that came with the sandwich were luckwarm.

Dude, Boise is so much better with 10 Barrel. I remember when it opened and it's only gotten better over the years.
Great, clean place. Everyone was friendly and professional. I ordered the hot wings. I'm a little disappointed that it was only drumsticks and no flats. The server said they usually do a mix. The flavor was great. Would like to see 1 or 2 more with the quantity. However, I was very pleased with everything.
