This A&W is not the burger joint of my youth. A combination KFC and A&W, it was staffed by a bunch of kids. We ordered quickly enough, and grabbed a table to wait for our food, a hamburger and a cheeseburger with fries.
The seating area was not clean. Many tables needed to be wiped down. We cleaned our own. We saw the workers in back standing around talking, or on their phones.
We waited about 15 minutes for our order. At one point, I approached the young female manager and asked about our order. She said they were waiting on the fries and they were about ready. We still waited another 5 minutes. The kid at the counter apologized for the wait.. My cheeseburger was one of the worst I've ever had. Cold patty, soggy bun, a few pickles. Terrible. The fries were ok. The root beer appeared to have run out and was mostly foam. Oh, and the bathroom was filthy.
Stay clear of this place. All of the one-star reviews are accurate. Clearly, this place is poorly managed, with lazy workers who need a leader to show them a good work ethic.

Food took over 15 min to get out to us, and our biskets were half bakes. The middle was pure dough. The ceiling has BAD patches in it making it look really messy. Tables were sticky

Great employees who were very friendly. Clean restaurant as well!The absolute worst tasting chicken I've ever had the displeasure of eating. I don't know if the frying oil was beyond old, but how do you mess up chicken this poorly?Edit: After tasting one fry, and one corn dog nugget from my kid, it was definitely the oil. Complete garbage.The cheeseburger was just okay. Gas station heat lamp quality at best. This was not the A&W of my childhood.

disgusting place. workers are slow and incompetent. cant expect anything from this garbage place
KFC Order came pretty quick. Only got two gravy with the three mash potatoes we ordered. Didn't even get any of the sauces we ordered. Didn't appear that they paid attention to the order they were filling. Probably due to the fact the they parked us and cleared the order.

I Don't think this location have ever got my order right. Multiple times they don't give me my fries or don't give me something I pay for in meals. Tonight my burger is completely smashed and sauce and cheese all over the burgers buns and once again no fries.

Went in for root beer floats. As always, best root beer however they were a little thin on the ice cream. Have had better in the past at same location so maybe just the operator that day. Boost the ice cream and its a winner!
