Complete garbage.The cheeseburger was just okay. Gas station heat lamp quality at best. This was not the A&W of my childhood.

Had the Double BBQ Bacon Crunch Burger. I was very disappointed. The description says it's made with tangy sauce, smokey bacon, and crispy fried onions. The burger looked like it was all slapped together sloppy, and the meat was cold and didn't have the tangy sauce and very few crispy fried onions. The picture looked better than my burger. It's not worth the money. The only good thing I have to say is the onion rings were good.

The dining room is absolutely filthy. The chicken is dry and the burger is cold. The staff couldn't be less energetic if they were asleep. DON'T recommend. Never again. Waste of money.

Ordered a Papa Burger. There was so much seasoning on the burger it was spicy and inedible. To top it off they forgot our fries.

Yes I can. I ordered at the window, they stated they just began cooking fries, it would be 2-3 minutes, would I mind pulling around to the front and they would bring it out. Guess what?, after a good 8 minute wait?, NOTHING. I went in and they didn't have it ready nor in the bag. And by the way?, the fries were COLD. NUFF SAID

Upon walking in I noticed the cashier looked like he had just rolled out of bed, it was around 2pm..hair was greasy and not combed, looked like it hadn't been brushed in days... I let one of the 12 yr olds order for himself, he ordered a plain hamburger... ended up being served a hamburger with everything on it..no biggie.. he politely walked it back up to the counter and asked if they can make him a plain one, the cashier argued with him saying,"That's not what you said." Then, after the meal, I ordered the kids an ice cream on the way out and this is what they served him.. with straight faces.... I don't know if the kid whose name was Colin, was mad or if he is just oblivious, maybe ignorant ,or maybe a little of both...

KFC Order came pretty quick. Only got two gravy with the three mash potatoes we ordered. Didn't even get any of the sauces we ordered. Didn't appear that they paid attention to the order they were filling. Probably due to the fact the they parked us and cleared the order.

I Don't think this location have ever got my order right. Multiple times they don't give me my fries or don't give me something I pay for in meals. Tonight my burger is completely smashed and sauce and cheese all over the burgers buns and once again no fries.
