Stopped by the A&W on Federal Way in Boise for an after‑school snack with my grandchildren. They each ordered cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink, and they absolutely devoured everything—they loved it. I tried the fries myself and thought the flavor was great. Service was a little on the slow side, especially considering the place was mostly empty, but we still enjoyed our visit. A simple, relaxed stop that made the kids happy, which is always a win.

Went through drive thru, ended up waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes because they said my chicken sandwich was frozen and would take 6 minutes to cook. Ended up having to go inside to pick my order up because no one came out. Little red headed long hair kid dumped my cold French fries upside down in the sack and crumbled all my napkins up. Ordered a regular chicken sandwich and got a a cold spicy chicken sandwich instead. This place blows!

Worst A&w I have ever been to, the service was crappy. And the best of all my hamburger sucked, and the bun was rock hard thanks for ruining my life. I only get 30 min of happiness each and every day and it was ruined. But thanks for the amazing ice cream cone.

Food was dry over cooked and our pot pie had one piece of chicken in it but the service was good and the restaurant was huge and clean.
Saturday at 4:30. We asked for spicy sauce on our burgers. When we opened our food, it was an absolute mess. Sauce everywhere beef tossed and falling out of the bread, RUDE. Crap attitude and TERRIBLE service. Never again.
