Well me having I. Central Valley for many years got to go to where the first A & W was opened in Lodi Calif. it’s a shame that corp takes over a mom and pop place like this and how it changes. Their management does not care if you waste to be happy or not. The food is sub par so needlessly I will never come back to this one.

waited 20 min to get my food and there was no rush going on only a few people were inside I finally went up and asked where my food was and they told my there was a new girl and she was slow I don't understand how people who ordered after me got there food before me (I ordered one burger) the person at the drive thru was weirdly aggressive towards me and glared at me when I walked in.

The worst place and manager ever. Refused to take the coupon we had twice now. Claimed he was going to "call corporate" about it. This was the biggest lie ever. Instead he completely ignores us leaves us in lobby for 15min and we watch him contine to fill orders the entire time.

I am never coming back here. I am so grossed out. I went in for dine in and went to get myself a root beer out of the foundation. There were BUGS in the root beer!! I wish I was lying. There were tiny little black bugs all in my cup. I told the staff about it. I have been sitting here twenty minutes and no one has fixed it or stopped people from drinking out of it. I asked if they had anything bottled which they told me no. SO GROSS! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

This is the second time in the past month or two I have come in prior to 10:00 o'clock, tonight around 9:40 to be exact lady time around 9:30 and no one will help you. They completely act like they are already closed but the lights are still all on. .. I can visibly see there are employees inside and they didn't answer back when asking them if they're open. Guess I'm done trying
Says it open till 10pm and multiple times we've come between 9pm-915pm and it's never open and they don't bother to use the intercom to tell you they aren't going to serve you.

Hands down worst location you can go to. I have a son with type 1 diabetes so he only gets diet soda. I double checked with them that it was actually diet and got a rude response back. Surprise it wasn’t diet. We had to park and wait 15 minutes for our order and we’re brought the wrong order three times. By the time we got what was supposed to be our order we were late for an appointment and had to leave immediately. When we opened our food it was wrong again. I have had similar experiences here every time the only reason I keep going back is because it’s my kids fave and on our route that we usually take. I wouldn’t recommend this location to any and will never go back again.

Fries were barely warm at most and crunchy and the Papa Burger had zero flavor. Never going back.

I love A&W restaurants. But when u ask for 2 large Root Beer floats, make them a large! Fill it up! The dome caps should have ice cream in it! That’s what it’s for!! It’s almost five bucks for a large and I could just as easily got a half a gallon of ice cream and a 2 litter and made my own. This is just poor customer service and goes against everything A&W is. So disappointed.
