I spoke to Rob, Store Director, on the phone about my concerns. In the past two weeks, I was overcharged twice, didn't receive cash back from checkers, and did not receive good customer service from a manager, over the phone. Rob apologized for all the trouble I'd had. He said he would speak to the manager. Rob then asked me to meet him, the next time I was at the store. (I have a Traumatic Brain Injury. It's hard for me to remember to make sure the checker gives me my cash b

It's hard for me to remember to make sure the checker gives me my cash back. ) After checking out, I went to customer service. I noticed I hadn't received cash back again. I also had to get refund, and meet with Rob. The person at customer service was Dillon. I first explained I hadn't received $40 from checker, and checker had gone to lunch. Dillon looked at my receipt, opened cash register and gave me $40. I was shocked. I said how do you know I'm not lying? He said he was the bookkeeper and would notice the error, when he reconciled later in day. I asked, are you also a manager? Dillon smiled and said yes. That was the best customer service I've ever received at Albertsons. Dillon then called Rob to come meet me, and refund money from previous overcharges. First , I told Rob, that Dillon was exceptional manager. Rob said he would be acknowledged. I was refunded my money. Then Rob apologized again for all the hassle, and said they wanted to give me a $20 gift card. Again, I was shocked. I was so appreciative of the exceptional customer service I received from both Rob and Dillon. Thank you!
I love Albertsons. The bakery is fantastic, probably the main reason I go on a regular basis
