I spoke to Rob, Store Director, on the phone about my concerns. In the past two weeks, I was overcharged twice, didn't receive cash back from checkers, and did not receive good customer service from a manager, over the phone. Rob apologized for all the trouble I'd had. He said he would speak to the manager. Rob then asked me to meet him, the next time I was at the store. (I have a Traumatic Brain Injury.
