Great food for the soul and great brothers and sisters that showed a lot of love while I was in Boise. It’s always a good time connecting with our people.

Good food, friendly staff. The...arabic(?) music was on a loop and was kinda annoying, but I understand that that's kind of the establishment that this is. Prices weren't bad for the amount of food either. I'd probably get it to go, if I go back, so I don't have to listen to their music lol.

This was my first time trying African food and it was a very different experience. I got the Goat and Fufu as well as the Beef and Fufu as well as a goat sambusa. The sambusas here are definitely the star of the show in my eyes because the main dishes with Fufu didn’t seem to have as much flavor. It may be because I don’t enjoy African food as much as some other cultures but in the end I did have an enjoyable experience.

This place deserves all the success always good vibes and amazing prices the food has some consistency issues in the year I've been going here but if your willing to be patient to wait for the food and be OK with some slight consistency issues it's a must try.

Man where do I start? First of all let me say this. It's always the most unsuspecting places that have the most amazing food! I started out looking for something new but flavorful. I have never tried African recipes so I was stoked when I saw the menu options! From start to finish the food and the place where to die for. The friggin sambusas i mean hell man those alone made the meal. But then I got this beef and rice that was just off the wall. The beef was marinated to perfection and the rice was perfect. I will also tell you to be prepared to eat traditionally there. No fork or knife was provided and I think it added to the experience over all!
In conclusion, I would say that the customer service, the food and the all around vibe is a killer option and if you like trying new and delicious food this is a no brainer.
