Excellent Basque food for lunch, the Gildas, bocadillos, txcolli(sp) and cheese cake was a highlight of our trip to Boise. Great service from everyone we interacted with. A wait was expected for a table and it was short and perfect to visit the nearby shops. We'll worth stopping in for lunch when you are able.

Fabulous food, excellent, friendly service. The chorizo is awesome. Consistently, since they opened, Dan and his crew do a phenomenal job. We most recently visited during Jaialdi... It was crazy busy, but the service and food did not suffer at all. I've eaten tapas, Spanish/Basque food all over the world and these folks consistently perform right at the top. ¡Zorionak!

I want to give this place 10 stars. We were here during Jaialdi, so they were very busy but the servers were friendly and fun. Most importantly the food was ah-maz-ing! The bread for the bocadillos was pillowy soft. The patata bravas was so yummy. The ratio of brava sauce and aioli was perfect. The tarte de manzana was so good. This was the type of food I was looking for when I came to Jaialdi. I could taste the love in the food, I almost teared up.

Service was beyond wonderful... The gentleman noticed a spill on one of our shirts and ran off to get soda water to help remove it! Much appreciated! The food was everything I'd hoped it would be, so delicious. The green salad was crisp and fresh which helped offset the rich dishes, such as Tongue and Meatballs. The tongue was amazing, my first time trying it. Tastes like very very tender beef. Even my 10 year old liked it! We also got the Calamari which was melt in your mouth tender. We purchased some chorizo to go... It's going on the grill tonight! Wonderful place, wonderful food, wonderful employees!

Great place with a welcoming atmosphere. The owner made rounds and chatted with customers. We tried the chorizo plate and it was absolutely delicious. Their bread and coffee was top notch as well.

This is really an especial place to visit in Boise. The food is amazing and the service beyond perfect. It is busy so plan ahead but you will definitely enjoy it. They have some amazing dishes if you like to try something different. The press steak with chimichurri is just delicious and the traditional chorizo is a must to try.
