I had a bocadillo from here about a year ago and I've been dreaming of it ever since. Had one today and it's exactly what I remember. Highly recommend. They're absolutely delicious.

If you haven't been here, you need to go. Of all the restaurants in Boise I've been to, this is now at the top of my list. The food here is phenomenal. There is absolutely nothing on the menu that will not meet with your approval.
Service was also excellent. It was my first time here and my first time with Basque Chorizo in general. The waiter was very good at steering me into exactly what I wanted.
As an aside, do NOT skip the bread pudding for dessert. I love bread pudding and theirs is superb.

Went here for a large family gathering and ordered a little bit of everything and nothing disappointed. Meatballs, croquettes, multiple types of chorizo; everything was sensational. I did the Txomin Bocadillo sandwich with piquillo, and bread pudding which were both excellent. I also tried bites of the cheesecake, Gateau Basque, rice pudding, and Crema Catalana; they were all exceptionally good. I don't think I could even recommend any specifics because it was all so good; just get whatever and you can't go wrong.
They also do sell the meats they make in house to take home and cook yourself which is definitely worth it!
