I used to give this place a 5/5 stars but since Antonio wasn't there and the people that took over it diminished significantly. Even now, that he has come back part time, it is very low standards. The phones are never answered, orders are never correct, and the food is less than standard. An older lady hispanic lady that works there has the WORST attitude of them all. I mentioned that my birria didnt have consume and she smirked and disregarded my statement as nothing. If I go there and she is working I walk away right away. I get there were major life situations that led to a change BUT this is also a business and should know where and when to make cuts. I have been going here since just about its opening and would love to come back but will not till things have been ironed out.

I used to come here religiously. Antonio is amazing and the food was THE BEST in the valley if not the west coast. Then he hired some older women to help and they TRASHED the quality. I called them and the place on it a few times but nothing happened. Missing items to food done incorrectly leading to an allergic reaction. Many phone call messages were left but nothing back. Now I know there were some health issues arise but this absolute decline in overall service, and hours now apparently being incorrect has had me worried. I hope we someday again see the rise of this place. Till then. Good luck.

Ordered the birria burrito and honestly was very disappointed, super dry and they forgot my consome, they’ve never messed my order up before so I didn’t think to look. My rice and beans tasted and smell burnt. My $15 meal was very displeasing and I could barely eat any of it. Very unsatisfied this time around.

We placed one, paid $70, drove to pick up order at specified time and no one was to be found despite it being during operating hours and despite being able to place an online order. We have been calling multiple times per day for about a month and the number goes straight to voicemail with the voicemail being full. I called the number provided on the confirmation email for my online order only to be laughed at because the number is for a Bell calling card. Something isn’t right.

We placed an order a couple weeks ago. We drove 20 mins to pick it up, spent $75 in total. They were closed, so we obviously didn’t get what we ordered. We’ve called 10+ times and we either get no answer or we get somebody that says they cannot help us with a refund. Probably not worth the risk.

Best birria tacos I've ever had. Great selection and pricing, people are always nice and helpful when I go. Food is always hot, takes a couple minutes to make but it is worth the wait no doubt. Definitely my go to for Mexican food anytime in in the mood.
Really outstanding tacos. The best I have had in the Boise area. The birria taco is the star, but the chorizo taco was really excellent as well. Sadly they were out of lengua so I couldn't try that. The prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. I Wish I had taken photos.
Antonio's Kitchen is AMAZING!! Their Birria Tacos are the best I have ever had and the beans and rice that come with most of their dishes are so good. The flavor is great, the price is fair, and the employees are always nice. If you are looking for a great place to have a top tier burrito, quesadilla, or taco, this is the place!

Disappointing. Ordered 3 birria tacos platters online, arrived at the time the confirmation email said it would be ready. Antonio said he had no record of my order but after 5 minutes on his phone, he found it. 10 minutes later, gives me one order of tacos. I told him I paid for 3 orders and after another 5 minutes on the phone, he figured it out. 10 minutes after that I get my three orders and take it back to office only to find out that he didn't give me Birria tacos. To top if off, food was under seasoned. Very disappointed and not likely to return.

Edit: I really have no idea what has happened to Antonio’s, but it’s been consistently disappointing. The food is still good but the service is AWFUL. It’s always a mystery whether or not they will actually be open… last time, I checked all of their social media to make sure they were open (it’s been inconsistent in the past), put in an online order, drove twenty minutes, just for them to have closed an hour early without letting anyone know. I’ve been told to come get my food in ten minutes just to wait an hour with zero explanation or apology (I wish I was exaggerating). I keep wanting to give them more chances because they are my favorite tacos in Boise, but I just can’t justify spending money somewhere that clearly doesn’t value their customers.
